Each month we cover different topics relating to spirituality and energy awareness. Each sessions include some teaching, exercises, and lots of fun in a safe and caring environment. Exercises are set to encourage and support spiritual growth and wisdom and allows you to start from where you are at.

All levels of experience are welcome.
