Reiki Healing

Reiki can be shared with people, animals, and even plants, anything that carries living energy. It supports balance on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. It can help the body’s natural healing processes, ease stress, encourage relaxation, and bring a sense of calm and clarity.

Sessions are non-invasive. They can be offered in person through light touch, or sent across distance, where the energy is received from wherever you are. Think of it like tuning into a frequency or plugging into a gentle, continuous current of support.

 

My training is supportive, and rooted in real practice and history.
Workshops are ran over one day working with and healing people.

 

 

Reiki Level One - 1 day

This is the start of your Reiki journey You will learn Reiki healing within a small and intimate class. You will Learn how you can develop your own wellbeing and spirituality and how you can share this with your friends and family.

This level includes:

• An introduction - what is Reiki and how it works

• The history of Reiki

• The Reiki principles

• Self cleansing techniques

• Introduction to Human Energy system (Chakras)

• Attunement to the Reiki energy

• Meditation to support your Reiki energy connection and spiritual growth

• How to give a treatment inducing hand positions and working with intuition

• Self-treatments

• Chair healing

• Hand on practice - giving and receiving Reiki

• Energy Protection

• Ethics and Confidentiality when giving treatments to family and friends

• Dowsing for Health

• Manual

• Certificate and recommended case studies/practice

Reiki level Two  - 1 day

​

Once you have got confident and competent with the Reiki energies from level one, the next stage is level two where three of the Reiki symbols are introduced to you: The Power Symbol, Harmony Symbol, and the Distant/Remote Healing Symbol.

This level is for those wishing to enhance their Reiki connection and spiritual growth and who may wish to professionally offer Reiki to others.

This level includes: 

 

• Introduction to the Reiki Symbols, explanation of these symbols, their uses and when to use them.

• The Symbol Mantras/Kotodama

• Reiki energy vibrations

• Level 2 Reiki Attunement

• You will experience both giving and receiving Reiki treatments at this level.

• Mental & Emotional Healing 

• Remote/Distant Healing

• Original Dr Usui Meditations to help support your spiritual growth

• Ethics of treatments to others.

• Advice on setting up your own Reiki practice

• Code of Practice for Reiki Practitioners

• Dowsing for Health for another

• Manual

• Certification and recommended case studies/practice

Reiki level Three  - Master/Practitioner ​

 

This level is for Reiki Healers who have already received Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 attunement’s and have worked with the energy both on themselves and with others and are now ready to continue their spiritual and Reiki healing journey to enhance their energy connection and personal spiritual growth. 

 

This level includes:

• The Reiki Master Symbol, its uses, how and when to use it along with the Kotodama of this symbol

• Hui Yin and the Micro Cosmic Orbit

• Reiki level 3 Attunement 

• Scanning and Beaming

• Physic Surgery

• Further original meditations/exercises used my Dr Usui and his students to develop intuition, raise vibration and wisdom. 

• Goal Setting

• The original Crystal Grid used by Dr Usui

• Antahkaarana (Reiki healing Grid)

• Psychic Surgery technique

• Healing Attunement

• Reiki with Nature & Earth Healing

• Dowsing

Reiki Master/Teacher Training - 2 day

​

This course is for those who have completed Reiki level one, two and three (Reiki Master Advanced Practitinaire) levels and who are ready to continue their Reiki Journey. 

This two-day course includes how to give Reiki attunements and how to teach the different Reiki levels to others. 

 

This course includes:

​

• Expectations and responsibilities of a Reiki Master Teacher

• The Kotodama & Reiki Master Symbols including both the Usui Master Symbol and the Tibetan Master Symbols. What they are, how and when to use

• Tibetan Fire Serpent and the Raku Symbol. What they are and how and when to use them. 

• You will receive two Reiki Master Attunement

• Original Usui Meditations and practices to enhance your spiritual journey

• Further development of the Hui Yin and Violet breath

• How to give a Reiki level 1 Attunement

• How to give a Reiki Level 2 Attunement

• How to give a Reiki Master Attunement

• You will receive a original Dr Usui Attunement and learn to pass on this Attunement

• Guidance on how to teach your students at each level of Reiki

• Your reiki lineage

• Lots of time for questions, discussion, and practice

• Manual 

• Certification and suggested practice
