Introduction to
Animal Energy Communication

Most of us connect with our animals intuitively, sensing when they’re joyful, unsettled or unwell. Many pets even recognise our return home long before we arrive. Animals communicate through a universal language of sensation and emotion, where every thought creates a feeling. As over 90% of communication is non-verbal, our energy, body language and tone carry far more meaning than words. When we become more attuned to this subtle language, we move into a state of intuition becoming calmer, clearer, and more connected.

This workshop will guide you into that space, helping you communicate with animals on a deeper, more insightful level.

Animal communication allows us to exchange thoughts, emotions and impressions with animals. The journey of learning this skill is inspiring, often revealing profound insights about ourselves as well as the beings we communicate with.

You will explore:

  • What animal communication truly is and how the process works.

  • How to create a calm, compassionate and quiet inner state that supports intuitive connection.

  • Mindfulness and visualisation practices that help you step out of busy thinking and into presence.

  • How to connect with the animals of fellow participants using a photo, followed by shared feedback.

Experiencing a connection first-hand, receiving information only the animal and their person could know is often the moment everything clicks.

How animal communication can help supporting healing:

For those working with Reiki or spiritual healing, intuitive communication is an invaluable companion skill. It helps reveal the deeper causes of emotional or physical discomfort by understanding the animal’s past or current environment. It also strengthens your healing sessions, allowing you to explain the process clearly so the animal feels safe, open and supported.

I am Passionate about raising awareness around the relationships between our animal friends and their human companions and the depth of love our animals have for us and how much they are misunderstood when trying to convey their messages of help.

When we understand how animals feel and why they behave as they do, training becomes a cooperative process. Communication helps you approach them with clarity, confidence and trust. Rather than telling them what to do, you guide them - creating a relationship rooted in respect and understanding.
