1. Can I cancel my order?

If you have ordered Products, but not received them, you may cancel your order without giving a
reason, at any time within 14 days. You will have no obligation and we will refund your money
within 14 days.

2. How do I return a Product?
If you wish to return Products once delivered you need to notify us via email at
empoweredcrystal.uk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the Product(s). The Product(s) need to
be returned to us within 14 days of this notification and you will be responsible for covering the
delivery costs of returning the Product(s) to us.

3. How will I be refunded?
When returning your item, the way you originally paid will determine how we refund you. If the
Products were purchased in a promotion or discounted price, you will be refunded for the Product(s)
at the price charged within 14 days.

4. How much does delivery cost?
Cost depends on the weight of Product(s) purchased:

0.00 kg - 2.00 kg from £3.45

2.01 kg - 10.00 kg from £6.80

10.01 kg - 20.00 kg from £10.80

20.01 kg plus- price on application

5. How long does delivery take?
We will try to deliver your Product(s) within 30 days of the date of your order; however, there may
be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our control.

6. Will all my products be delivered at the same time if I have ordered more than one?
Should you order a number of different Products, we may deliver them in separate deliveries if they
are not all available at the same time for delivery. Some
Products are so large and heavy that delivery times may be slightly longer.

7. Can I collect my order from Empowered Crystal premises
We are happy for you to pick up Products from our premises provided you make an appointment in
advance and payment has been confirmed and received. If you do pick up Products from our
premises then, we will not be able to assist you in loading heavy items. Products are at your risk
from the moment they are picked up by you or your carrier from our premises and you agree and
accept responsibility for any damage to the Product(s) upon taking possession of the Products, both
on and off our premises, including damage to property of any sort, belonging to any person.
