Hello, I'm Caroline...

Over the years, I’ve followed the direction of flow of energy and my heart, with openness and curiosity, the energy world has opened doors for me to explore and learn! With each experience offers new wisdom and deeper understanding of the energy and spirit world.

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to energy healing, nature, and spirituality. I come from a family of psychic mediums. As a child, I was always rescuing animals and nurturing them back to health, this was the beginning of a lifelong calling to care for both animals and people.

There were always horses and ponies during my childhood and these have played a central role in my life. I have worked as an equine consultant, having worked in the equestrian industry for many years. I was head of department at a local agricultural college and developed and taught on a wide range of equine programmes in both further and higher education including Complementary Therapies.

My connection with animals has always been intuitive and spiritual, and it felt natural to bring these worlds together. For me, animal communication, healing, and soul work are all beautifully interwoven.

I am humbled to be a part of others journeys, both people and animals. To me, spirituality is about experiencing life in its fullest, it is about being aware and understanding how the energy world impacts our experiences. Empowering our connection to who we are with an open heart so that all we do is with love and compassion. Having a sense of calmness, peacefulness and feeling the connection with the divine, that is something I hope we all experience in our lives.

My spiritual practice has deepened over decades. I have spent years as a shamanic apprentice as part of my journey, I became a part of a Native American tribe learning traditions, exploring the shamanic realms, ancestors, and spirit guidance. I have studied and qualified as a shamanic Practitioner and teacher including the Celtic, Peruvian and Native American Shamanism traditions.

Buddhist teachings, especially those centred around compassion, mindfulness, wellbeing and unconditional love, are also a strong influence in my life. Samye Ling Buddhist Monastery has become a sacred place for me. It’s somewhere I return to as often as I can to spend time on reflection, learning and peace.

I am now devoted full-time to healing, teaching, and supporting others on their paths. Whether I am working with humans or animals, every session is heart-led, intuitive and tailored to the individual. My work integrates a broad spectrum of healing modalities. From Reiki, angelic and divine healing, to sound, crystal and biofield therapies. I also draw from mindfulness, shamanic work, aromatherapy, and energy.
