Mindfulness/Meditation for well-being and Spirituality

​This course runs over 5 individual days, and after we’ve completed the main sessions, you’re invited to ongoing monthly Mindfulness Meditation meet-ups. These groups are a gentle way to stay supported, practice together, and connect with others who are also choosing a more mindful way of living in everyday life and for your spiritual energy awareness.

​This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who already have some experience. Throughout our time together, we explore mindfulness step-by-step through shared teachings, guided meditations, reflection, and supportive small group practice.

What is Mindfulness Meditation?​

​

Mindfulness is a gentle, practical life skill that helps us feel more settled, grounded, and connected.

It’s about learning to pay attention to what’s happening in the present moment, with an attitude of curiosity, softness, and non-judgement. It invites us to become aware of our bodies, our emotions, our thoughts, and the world around us — just as it is, without forcing or fixing.

 

​It helps us come back to ourselves. To feel steadier, softer, clearer, and more alive.

 

​​During this training we will also be exploring some gentle spiritual techniques that will guide you into a new level of awareness of the energy world and its impact on your life

Recognising an unsettled mind:​

 

Most of us know what it’s like to be “on autopilot.” Eating without tasting.
Driving without remembering the journey. Lying awake at night with thoughts looping.

​​We can easily miss the good moments, ignore our own needs, or speak to ourselves in ways we’d never speak to someone we care about.

 

​Mindfulness helps us notice what’s happening inside and outside of us without judgement and from there, we can respond with more kindness, patience, ease and happiness.

​Mindfulness and animals:​

 

Mindfulness can also deeply support the way we connect with animals.
It strengthens intuition, trust, sensitivity, communication, and emotional awareness, allowing us to build more understanding and meaningful relationships.

 

This is especially supportive if you work with animals, care for them, or simply love them.
